About crab.Bit

crab.Bit is an independent game design start-up based in Dundee, Scotland. We are made of a handful of team members focusing on work-for-hire projects for GLAM (gallery, library, archive, museum) sites, businesses, charities, or just for ourselves.

Some current and former members of crab.Bit at Abertay University's 2021 Dare Academy.

We're starting up because we really like working together and want to see each other achieve new and amazing things. Just because we're independent does not mean we are going it alone. With help from Abertay University, self-guided research, and the moral support of family, friends, and industry, we're pushing to make games that reach new audiences advocating for accessible gameplay and fair working practice.
